If you are considering booking a Sensory Clarity Consultation and want to know exactly what happens from start to finish, this post is for you. No vagueness. A clear picture of the process, the deliverables, and who this is built for.
The Process — Step by Step
STEP 1 — Book
No diagnosis required · No referral needed · $249 paid at booking · 60 minutes on Zoom
You do not need to have seen an OT, a psychiatrist, or any specialist first. If you are navigating sensory challenges — for yourself, your child, or someone you support — and something is missing from the picture, that is enough to book.

STEP 2 — The Consultation (60 minutes, Zoom)
All eight sensory systems assessed:
Tactile · Auditory · Visual · Olfactory · Gustatory · Proprioception · Vestibular · Interoception
The session is a structured clinical conversation guided by Will Stock, RN BSN. You will be asked about your specific environments: home, work, school, daily routines. If you are bringing a child, Will will speak with you as the parent or caregiver — the child does not need to be present unless you choose to include them.

STEP 3 — Your Written Report
What is included:
✓ Sensory profile specific to your nervous system ✓ Regulation toolkit built around your actual triggers ✓ Concrete environmental modifications for home and daily life ✓ Language for ADA accommodations ✓ Referral pathway if formal evaluation makes sense
The report is written to be readable by anyone — not just clinicians. You can share it with your OT, psychiatrist, school team, or employer. It is yours to keep and use forever.

STEP 4 — The Specificity Promise
72-hour window · Complimentary 30-minute follow-up · No justification required
If anything in your report feels incomplete or unclear within 72 hours of receiving it, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute follow-up to close the gap. No questions asked. The consultation is built around delivering a complete, useful picture — and we stand behind that.
Who This Is For
Adults navigating sensory challenges without a clear framework. Parents trying to understand what their child is experiencing and why current support is not landing. Individuals with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, hEDS, POTS, or overlapping profiles. People who have been through the system and still feel like something is missing. Anyone who wants to understand their nervous system better than they do right now.
No diagnosis required. No referral needed. Full payment at booking.
