Sensory Clarity Report Consultation
Navigate your care with confidence: RN-guided roadmap to what to do next
Service Description
You left the appointment with more questions than answers. The doctor said everything looks fine. The school says he just needs to try harder. The specialist has a 9-month waitlist. And you're sitting at home at midnight, three browser tabs deep, still not sure what's actually going on. That ends here. The Sensory Clarity Report Consultation is a one-hour session with Will Stock, RN BSN — a neurodivergent nurse with 10+ years of clinical experience — who speaks both languages: medical and human. You tell us what's happening. We tell you exactly what it means, what to do next, who to see, and how to ask for what you need. You walk away with a written Sensory Clarity Report — a personalized, clinical-grade document you can hand to a doctor, school, employer, or therapist that speaks their language and makes them take you seriously. This is for you if: — You've been told you're fine, but you know something is off — You're newly diagnosed and have no idea where to start — You've been fighting for answers for years and keep hitting walls — You're a parent who just left a meeting with the school team feeling dismissed — You're an adult who was never diagnosed but everything finally makes sense and you don't know what to do with that — You have AuDHD, hEDS/POTS, or a complex overlapping profile and need someone who understands how these systems interact What we do for you: — Translates your medical records, evaluations, and test results into plain language — Identifies patterns across your history that specialists missed because they only saw one piece — Writes a report that gets you accommodations, referrals, and services faster — Tells you in one hour what Google couldn't tell you in three years — Clinical appointment advocacy available as an add-on — ask about this during your call What this work looks like in practice: A parent arrives with evaluations from four different specialists — none of them connected. Will reads the full picture, identifies the through-line, and produces a document that gets the IHP/IEP rewritten. An adult, newly identified as autistic at 38, has no idea what to do with that information. Will maps out the next 90 days — therapists, accommodations, community, language to use with HR. Someone who keeps getting dismissed at appointments because they can't explain what's happening clearly under pressure. Will joins the call, translates in real time, and the referral gets ordered.
