Divergent Sensory Solutions

1. SERVICES
Divergent Sensory Solutions provides RN-guided sensory consultation services. Services include a free 15-minute sensory call and a paid Sensory Clarity Report Consultation. All services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. NOT A CLINICAL SERVICE
Will Stock, RN BSN, provides consultation in a non-clinical capacity. Nothing shared during a consultation creates a nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. Prices are listed in USD.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. To cancel, contact us at divergentsensorysolutions@gmail.com or 667.755.9934.

 

5. NO REFUNDS
Due to the nature of consultation services, all sales are final. If you have a concern about your experience, contact us directly and we will work to make it right.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared during consultations is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on divergentsensorysolutions.org — including text, graphics, and the Divergent Sensory Solutions logo — is the property of Divergent Sensory Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Divergent Sensory Solutions is not liable for any outcomes resulting from information provided during consultations. You are responsible for decisions made regarding your health, sensory needs, or those of individuals in your care.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
